WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED

An order at Yumedeals can get cancelled under following circumstances –

  • Policy Violation by Buyer e.g. duplicate orders placed during a deal
  • Product out of stock with the merchant
  • Buyer’s location not serviceable by our courier partners
  • Payment fraud suspicion
  • Incorrect pricing or description of the product
  • Any other reason which prevents us from fulfilling the order

After the order is cancelled, it takes upto 2 weeks for the refund to show up in your account

CHANGE QUANTITY OF ORDER

We can change the quantity of order as long as it is not shipped.

If you want to increase the quantity of an order, we recommend that a new order should be placed.

You should contact us at Yumedeals/support for reducing the quantity in your order.

  • It is relatively simpler for changing the quantity of COD orders as the payment will be collected at the time of delivery
  • If you are reducing the quantity of a prepaid order, the balance amount will be refunded to your bank account (through which the payment was made) or to your Yumedeals account in the form of Credits
